At Case Management Cymru we are able to provide a highly professional and individualised specialist case management service to adults and children with a range of complex serious injuries.
We pride ourselves on providing bespoke services, recognising the uniqueness of every client; each having very different aspirations and challenges.
We are looking for a warm, patient and reliable individual to support a sports loving 20-year-old man with some cognitive, emotional and physical difficulties following an acquired brain injury.
Having excellent communication skills and maintaining a consistent and proactive approach, you will be a key team member assisting our client to engage in acts of daily living and supporting him to live as independently as possible within the family home.
Our client currently attends college and enjoys many activities including going to the gym, shopping and socialising. The successful candidate will encourage and support him to access all these opportunities and more (ability to drive with use of a car is essential).
Whilst experience in this area of work is preferred, it is not essential as a full induction and training will be provided.
This role is subject to an Enhanced level DBS check.
