Chef-De-Partie Job, Criccieth, North Wales

Looking to build on your chef experience as part of a team delivering a delicious and well-presented menu? We are looking for an experienced, creative and passionate Chef-De-Partie with a passion for food and creative flair using fresh ingredients to join the team at a successful family run hotel.

In the Chef-de-Partie job you will be:

Working closely with the Head Chef participating in building up the reputation of the hotel restaurant
Preparing and delivering fresh food to the highest standard of quality and consistency
Working on the dessert station
Catering for Food service times (Breakfast & Dinner)
Maintaining Health and Safety, Food Hygiene Standards and all COSHH regulations

To be considered for the Chef-de-Partie Job you will have:

Prior chef experience preparing meals from fresh ingredients
Previous experience preparing food to a high standard
To work well under pressure with the ability to multi-task
To be committed and reliable with good communication skills
An up to date Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2

This is a permanent full-time position working approx 40 hours per week (8 hour days) and includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays with split shifts. On a 5 days on 2 days off Rota Basis. The salary for the role is between £18,000 to £20,500 dependent on skills and experience. Own transport will be helpful as the location is not on the public transport route.
